Bath Royale toilet seats are not compatible with bidets, grab bars or toilet seat risers that install between the seat and bowl. Bath Royale's mounting bases are designed to mount directly onto the toilet bowl with nothing in between. Handheld bidets are OK and Brondell's Thinline SimpleSpa bidet is reported to fit well.
