Returns (Ordered wrong item): Amazon will not do "exchanges", but you can return your seat (within 30 days of purchase) for a full refund and re-order the correct seat. Returns can be initiated online. Simply logon to your Amazon account, click Your Account/Your Orders and follow the prompts to get a return shipping label. Please repack your seat as carefully as possible, using the original packing materials and include all parts and instructions.
Damages or Defects: Amazon guarantees delivery in perfect condition. NOTE: Amazon has a "Replacement Policy" where you can request a replacement without having to place a new order.
