This applies to MasterSuite (BR237-283) seats only. The inside edge of your seat is hand finished at the factory. It is possible that the edge was not properly polished resulting in a sharper edge. Try using a small piece of fine grit sandpaper to smooth or take the edge off.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT use sandpaper (or any other abrasives) elsewhere on your seat.
